Having overseen quite a few high-end historic remodels, I have the ability to assess the primary systems of a house (water heater, electrical, roof, foundation, etc.) and can point out potential problems so you not only find the right house, but the right house that’s in solid condition.
When selling, I have a strong background in home staging to maximize offer potential at a minimal cost to you.

As a long-time Portland resident and active community member, I offer a unique and informed perspective about your new neighborhood in close-in Portland. I’ve lived in inner Northeast and Southeast Portland since 2002, and have been involved with real estate in Portland since 2007. So I know these areas intimately and have strong relationships in these neighborhoods.
Giving Back to the Community
I am active and enjoy giving back to the community, serving over the years as a Board Member for a number of local Portland and Northwest non-profit, community and neighborhood organizations. I am an avid supporter of green building and sustainability and have my Earth Advantage Green Realtor Certification, in addition to living sustainably every daily. I also give back to the community by donating 1% of my commission to the organization of your choice.
